Our head office is in Montreal, Quebec, with members of the firm including Canadian and American lawyers. We have associate offices in Toronto, Ontario as well as representative offices in many countries around the world.

Attorneys at our firm received their law degrees in both Common and Civil Law. One attorney is also a member of the Florida Bar of the United States of America.

BROWNSTEIN, BROWNSTEIN & ASSOCIATES and its predecessors firms have been practicing law since 1985, serving the various needs of individuals and businesses in and outside of Canada.

Attorneys of our office have published articles in newspapers around the world and our firm has been recognized by the Secretary of State for Multiculturalism and Member of Parliament for Canada as one with an upstanding reputation.

We are authorized representatives for the Immigration Investor Program for many of the largest banks in Canada. We work closely with Canadian Government Trade Commissioners towards Business collaboration between Canada and other countries around the world. We have participated in Government Business Delegations to foreign countries including the TEAM CANADA missions led by our Prime Minister and the Provincial Premiers.

The firm also acts as representatives for our clients overseas as well as in Canada and the United States in order to find partners or customers to purchase their products, technology or franchise.

OUR FEES
Our fees may be contingent, flat fee based or determined by the time required to complete a matter, and reflect the novelty and difficulty of issues involved, the amount involved, results obtained and time limitations imposed by the client or by the experience, reputation and ability of the lawyer engaged in providing services, all as allowed by the Code of Ethics.
