
STANDARD FORM MANDATE IMMIGRATION MATTERS
BETWEEN:

2734613 CANADA INC., doing business under the firm name and style of BROWNSTEIN
& BROWNSTEIN CONSULTANTS, located at 1310 Greene Avenue, Suite 750, Montreal,
Quebec,H3Z 2B2, Canada; THE CLIENT AND THE CONSULTANTS HEREBY AGREE AS FOLLOWS: 1. The CONSULTANTS shall represent the Client in all matters with the Quebec Government offices and/or the Canadian Consulate offices abroad and/or the Canada Manpower and/or Quebec Immigration offices in Montreal with permission to receive and sign all documentation on my behalf in order to expedite the filing of the following applications:

The Client shall pay to the Consultants a flat fee of US$________ plus disbursements incurred and/or paid by the Consultants for the benefit of the Client, said disbursements will include any travel expenses. All fees paid are non-refundable. The flat fee will be paid in the following instalments along with the applicable disbursements owing at the time of each payment: 1st payment: US$_____________________ Deposit to open your file; 2nd payment: US$_____________________When all applications have been completed and are ready to be filed at the relevant immigration office; ALL GOVERNMENT PROCESSING FEES MUST BE PAID AT THIS TIME; 3rd Payment: US$_____________________Upon receipt of an invitation letter to attend your interview OR notification that your interview has been waived; OUR FEES DO NOT INCLUDE GOVERNMENT PROCESSING FEES NOR DOES IT INCLUDE THE RIGHT OF LANDING FEES. We provide a unique money back guarantee of_____% exclusive of costs. In the unlikely event that your file is not successful, this guarantee does not cover any reason outlined in clause 6 hereunder 3. The Consultants shall be entitled to fees as aforesaid for all time dedicated to the services rendered on behalf of, or for the Client; 4. The Client undertakes to provide the Consultants with all information, facts and documents requested by him; 5. The Consultants shall report and advise the Client with respect to the status of the immigration proceedings, and shall provide the Client with copies of all relevant immigration proceedings, and such correspondence as the Consultant deems necessary; 6. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Consultants shall not be held responsible for the following: (a) Any changes in the immigration laws and/or regulations and/or government directives, policy changes affecting the Client's case during the processing of the file; (b) The Client's failure to obtain the necessary documents required by the Quebec and/or Canadian Immigration offices or the use of fraudulant douments or statements; (c) The Client's failure to successfully obtain a medical and/or security clearance; (d) The Client's inability to learn proficiently English or French, reading, writing and speaking; and (e) The Client's decision to unilaterally withdraw his application; 7. The present Agreement shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada;
