We are a Canadian based company of Canadian and American lawyers with offices and/or representatives in many countries worldwide. Where we do not have a representative, attorneys from our offices in Canada will travel to meet with our clients in their home country.We are attorneys, Barristers and Solicitors, and not consultants, and are, therefore, governed by a professional corporation which ensures the highest level of ethical standards in the preparation of your application for immigration to Canada.
Attorneys of our office have published articles in Canadian immigration newspapers around the world and are recognized as specialists by Canadian immigration publications. Our law firm has been recognized by the Secretary of State for Multiculturalism and Member of Parliament for Canada as one with an upstanding reputation, specializing in Canada immigration matters.
We are authorized representatives for the for the the Canadian Government Immigration Investor Program for many of the largest banks in Canada. We work closely with Canadian Government Trade Commissioners towards Business collaboration between Canada and other countries around the world. We were the only Immigration Law firm to be invited and to have participated on all of the Prime Minister of Canada, the Right Honourable Jean Chretien's TEAM CANADA missions.

Once mandated to represent you in your application, we will prepare all applcation forms with support documents ensuring that they are properly presented, train you for your interview with the Canadian Immigration authorities and provide you with legal representation at your interview in order that we may discuss any questions of law or fact that may arise at the immigration interview with the officer deciding your case. Each Canadian immigration office has its own speed of processing. The Attorneys at Brownstein and Brownstein will ensure that your application is processed on the most timely basis possible by regular communication with the immigration authorities and by suggesting to our clients the most efficient Consulates, Embassies, and High Commissions for the processing of applications. Once approved in principal, background security checks can take up to six months or longer depending on the applicant's country of origin. Applicants may proceed to Canada one year from the date the medicals were taken by the first member of the family. Medical forms are either given immedietely prior to the interview or at the immigration interview. Our fees may be contingent, flat fee based or determined by the time required to complete a matter, and reflect the novelty and difficulty of issues involved, the amount involved, results obtained and time limitations imposed by the client or by the experience, reputation and ability of the lawyer engaged in providing services, all as allowed by the Code of Ethics. Our services include legal advice and guidance to our clients helping them immigrate to Canada through proper and legal channels.
- We advise the client in strict accordance with the laws and only accept those cases where there are good prospects for immigration.

- Actively involved in Canada's political process, we have many contracts both at the political and administrative levels of government.
- We stay in constant touch with our clients, by mail, telephone, fax and in person as well as keep them well informed of even the smallest development.
- We prepare all applications for the Quebec Delegation and/or Canadian Consulate with verification of all supporting documents.
- We outline the clients' strengths and weaknesses and where they should concentrate their efforts to improve their chances of immigration.
- We accompany our clients to their immigration interviews.
- We represent our client's prospective employer at Quebec Immigration and/or Canada employment centres.
- Last but not least, we consider every file important to us and take care to see that personal attention is given to each individual.
