Dear Mr. Brownstein,

Thank you for accepting to participate in the Faculty of Law at McGill University's Alternative & International Careers' Week, ‘ Careers without Borders'. The McGill International Law Society and Career Placement Office are honoured to welcome you as our guest and are looking forward to your insights on the opportunities and intricacies of working in your filed.

As discussed, your panel will take place on Thursday, February 15th. We would be pleased to welcome you for refreshments and sandwiches at 11:30am -12:30 pm at the upper levels of the Atrium of the Faculty of Law , which you may enter using the library entrance at 3644 Peel Street. The panel will officially begin on the main level of the Atrium, and will last until 2:00pm. As you may already be aware, the panel discussion shall focus on the international career opportunities for lawyers and panel members' experience in participating international law. To confirm your presence at 11:30 am, please contact Brigitte St- Laurent at 514-398-6618.

We are attaching a list of question that will enable you to better prepare for the discussion and types of questions and issues that students want to see addressed. Also enclosed, for your general information, is a list of panel participants and your co-panellists in Careers Without Borders. I shall be the moderator of the February 15 panel.

We will be preparing kits for students including brochures and background information on our panellist. We will use the biographical materials you have already forwards us in preparing those kits. In addition, we will be prepared to show the videotape your office is developing. I will look forward to receiving a copy of the video should work on it be completed before 15th. We intended to invite students to watch the video immediately following the conclusion of the panel discussion. If you wish to distribute information to students , please courier or mail these ahead of time to the attention of Ayse Dalli, Career Placement Office, Faculty of Law, McGill University, 3644 Peel Street, Montreal, Quebec, H3A 1W9.

For your convenience, we are including a parking pass valid for February 15th . We have also enclosed a map detailing parking facilities located closest to the Faculty of Law and other parking-related information.
